Why We Built This Site
Minnesota gives the public real access to warrant and case information, but the hard part is knowing which office holds the piece you want. A warrant does not live in one place. The court that issues it sets the charge and the release conditions, and the sheriff's office serves it and can say whether it is still outstanding. Le Sueur County has no separate municipal or justice-of-the-peace criminal court, so a city ticket and a state charge both end up in Le Sueur County District Court.
That structure creates a trap. A reader checks one office, finds nothing, and assumes there is no warrant. In practice, some records stay restricted, published lists refresh on their own schedule, and remote court access leaves out certain pending cases. We gathered the contact details, search steps, record-number formats, and request routes for each office so a reader can start in the right spot.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Minnesota court, sheriff's office, or state agency, and there are real limits on what we can help with.
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm that a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant in any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a walk-in appearance
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a warrant applies to a specific person
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued a warrant or the sheriff's office that holds it can confirm whether one exists and whether it has been recalled. We can point you to the right office, and the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site carry search boxes run by outside companies. Those companies set their own prices and operate their own services. If a tool leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue helps keep this site free. We do not control what those tools charge or what appears in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
